Best Programming Language

I need a program to learn ukrainian that is either free or very inexpensive. i want it to have audio in it with native speakers as well. please help i must get this thing

I was just wondering because I would like to learn some language courses and for some reason, I learn things better on the computer..

Please someone help me. I want to learn Italian and I can’t find a free language teaching program. If you know of any possible places i could find one let me know.

Preferably Spanish, but I’m interested in any.

If someone asks me, which all languages do I know, should I say only English, Hindi and Punjabi (total 3), or can I also include C, C++ and Java (total 6)?

Why aren’t programming/scripting languages traditionally counted in the number of languages someone knows, even though they have a complete grammar, vocabulary, etc. of theirs?

What is the best Language Exchange there is that’s free?
I’m looking for a Language Exchange program that is free and active. I want to improve my Japanese and in exchange I can help people with English or Mandarin. I also want to learn Czech and Spanish. Does anyone know a really good Language Exchange program that is free? MyLanguageExchange is “free” but I can’t contact anyone. Anyone know a really good Language Exchange that is FREE and hopefully you have tried it out and have had success with it? I need one quick.

I am interested in learning how to speak French, but all the programs that I have tried are demos and they don’t offer a whole lot in the demo versions. Also, I already know enough French vocabulary, but I’m interested in learning conversational French, so I can actually communicate with people and not just know how to say single words. So I don’t know maybe you know of a great software program that will have all this and will be helpful to me. There’s got to be something out there that was created for non-profit so it won’t cost me anything. Thanks for your help!
