AS you write Visual basic in visual basic software. My question is where do you write C++?Like in a specofic program or a simple .txt file?and if in .txt file whats the extension?

I’m interested in building software — nothing major yet, just small simple stuff for me. I have much much experience in PHP and JavaScript, but what other programming languages should I study? C++, etc?
Please help!

where can I get information on coding, syntax or free guide on oracles, c# etc…
What I mean is a portal which I could get the direct search result on the syntax’s purpose and usage just by entering the desired syntax into the field like a search engine. The site should contains lots of diff language. If possible….
