I want to be able to translate from english to french but don’t have the internet at home. is there a free program i can download that will still work when i go home

I’ve already download gnat gpl 2008 of ada software. But when im trying to compile always error that i get. This are the errors.

Could not locate executable on path: gnat
No file selected, cannot compile

And a message when i run the software.

Could not locate exec gnatls
Could not compute predefined paths for this project.
Subprojects might be incorrectly loaded, please make sure they are in your ADA_PROJECT_PATH

Please help me.
